Verification of Certificates of Analysis for Chemicals

Upon receiving raw materials for our production, we carry out a thorough verification of their certificates of analysis to confirm the authenticity of each substance received from the supplier.

Weighing

All weighing is performed with verified scales that are certified to meet calibration standards, ensuring accuracy throughout the production process.

Preparation of the Hyaluronic Gel

The hyaluronic acid is initially prepared through a process of swelling and thorough mixing in water.

Mixing

The remaining ingredients are combined with the hyaluronic gel and blended using an Unguator to produce the final product, tailored for each individual customer.

Packaging

The cream is filled into purified pharmaceutical grade dispensers, then sealed with a cap, labeled, and signed.
